Grease and line a 10”x8” rectangle baking tin. Place the marshmallows, Vanilla Extract and cubed butter into a medium saucepan.
Heat over a medium heat, stirring until the butter and marshmallows have melted.
Place the rice krispies into a large bowl. Pour over the melted marshmallows and stir together using a large spatula until the cereal is completely coated.
Spoon into the baking tray and press down with the back of a spoon to pack them down. – if the mixture is too sticky to work with dampen hands with water and press down the mixture.
Chill in the fridge until set for about 30 minutes to an hour.
Melt the White Chocolate in the microwave in 30 second bursts stirring between each burst until the chocolate is melted. Using a teaspoon drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the rice crispie traybake.
Sprinkle the Bright and Bold sprinkles on top of the melted chocolate and leave to set.
Cut into 12 pieces and serve your rice crispie treats!
